Unfurnished double room (3m x 3.5m) with a walk in wardrobe available in 2 bedroom house in the heart of Easton. The photos are from the last time I advertised the room just over a year ago. The room has been painted since then but the rest of the house is pretty much as it was.
House has a living room, good sized kitchen/dining area and a garden. Stapleton Road station and St Marks Road are 1/2 minutes walk away.
The house is currently occupied by myself and I have my my young daughter (2.5 years old) here about half of the time.
The house would suit someone that is sociable but is also able to accommodate a young child being around sometimes and so is conscious enough to keep things relatively clean and tidy and can be fairly quiet when necessary (not all the time, just when the little one is sleeping!). I would prefer the room to be taken by a female as I think the dynamic of the house works better this way but that’s not to say I wouldn’t have a guy move in, if I thought he was the right fit.
If you like gardening and decorating and want to contribute to helping make the house more homely, then obviously that would be great!
The house is available from 3rd May
Rent is £450 per month plus bills.
