🍃 Located in a lush, green neighbourhood in an area with a secluded feel, it’s quiet at night and well-suited for individuals who value calm, productivity, focus, peace, rest. Within walking distance there is also vibrant and diverse residential neighbourhood with many good shops, cafes, amenities, cultural (art, music, dance etc.).

LOCATION/TRANSPORT
🚍 2 miles from the city centre. 15-20 minutes by bus to the Centre. Bus stops only 5-min walk away for buses (no’s 13, 24, 48, 48a, 49, 506). Buses 48a and 13 go to UWE.
🚂 Stapleton Road train station is a 9-min walk away with trains to Bristol Temple Meads, Bristol Parkway, Cardiff and the Severn Beach Line with all stops in between.
🚴‍♂️ The Bristol-Bath cycle path is a 2-min cycle away.
🚙 For commuters by car, it’s only 3-mins by car to the M32 and the A4320 Ring Road.

PRACTICALITIES
