Nicely decorated bedroom with double bed in warm, comfortable, characterful house available from end of March (this is negotiable). Shared use of bathroom (with gorgeous waterfall shower), fully equipped kitchen and 2 reception rooms with one other resident (me - owner).
The house has broadband and smart TV. It is warm and well located - there are close by public transport links for both Bristol stations and into the centre. On-street parking is readily available.
Local bars and restaurants are great, as is the nearby food shopping.
You will also be sharing with one large cat - who needs feeding and getting in at nights when I'm away. I am a very easy-going housemate who will respect your privacy and won’t hold wild parties when you have to get up for work the next day! But I’m happy to share a pint after work or watch a film together from time to time.
I'm a vegetarian but it doesn't matter if you are not. All bills except landline phone included in rent. No smoking, please and I’m afraid the room is not suitable for couples.
