Large room in lovely house with lovely people

Hi, we are Ali and Becky, 2 lovely ladies looking for a lovely new housemate to move with us into a beautiful new home on 3rd Oct.

We are both kind, considerate, fun and friendly people and we are looking for someone similar 🙂 We like cooking together and hanging out together, both of us are very sociable. We like to party every now and then but our home is a calm, quiet place. We like to keep it clean and tidy. The person we are looking for needs to be a professional in permanent full time employment.

The house is in Eastville, really close to St Werberghs and the big Tesco and Eastville park. It's £400 pcm plus bills, comes unfurnished with a lovely garden, street parking and all bedrooms are bright, open and spacious doubles! There will be a deposit of 6 weeks rent and agency fees. We had someone lined up to move in with us but they dropped out at the last minute so we are looking to fill this urgently. Unfortunately due to this, you wouldn't be able to view the house before we move in but we would love for you to come and meet us beforehand so we can chat and you can ask any questions you may have 🙂
