Cosy double room - great access to M32 & centre

I am looking for a part-time lodger (Monday - Friday) to share my quiet, cosy home with me.

The road has ample parking and lots of green space being right next to Greenbank Cemetary and Eastville Park. It is minutes away from the M32 for great access to the motorway and the city centre. It is also right by the Bristol & Bath Railway Path if you prefer to cycle or walk in to town.

The house is small hence why I can't have a full time lodger but it is perfect for someone who needs somewhere to stay in Bristol during the working week.

I have a small and loveable dog called Pippin so you must be OK with dogs. He will not be allowed in your room so it will be dog-hair free, but you must be accepting of the odd hair on the sofa although I try to keep the house as clean as is possible with a pet. He is very quiet, doesn't bark and so will not disturb you.

During the week I am typically out of the house 8am - 6pm and Pip comes to work with me or occasionally stays home during the day and is taken out by a dog walker. In the evenings I like to watch TV, cook dinner and knit. It is a very quiet and zen existence. You would be more than welcome to hang out with me or chill in your room - whatever suits you.
