Short Term Let Furnished Double Room In Eastville

Hello!

I'm looking to sub-let my lovely room in Eastville for a few months from December, whilst I go travelling. I'm away 17th Dec - 6th March - perfect for someone in Bristol short-term, or looking to stay somewhere whilst finding permanent accommodation.

It's a huge double room, it gets lots of light and I'll leave it fully furnished. It's part of a 3-bed house, on a road just opposite Eastville Park. We have a kitchen, living room, basement, garden, toilet, bathroom & small spare room - all very clean and homely :) There's an outhouse for bike storage and free parking on the road. The 48/49/48A bus stops just outside our house, and you can get onto the M32 v quickly (and IKEA!)

You would be living with two wonderful ladies, Imogen & Frankie. We're a very friendly and chilled out household - all pretty busy with varying schedules, but up for cosy nights with tea (or a glass of wine).

Rent is £400 per month plus bills (usually around £90 pm in winter). Rent would be scaled depending on length of stay. I would ask for at least 1 month's rent upfront.
