Beautiful 3 bedroom house with a large decking overlooking the river. The house is near Eastville Park, lots of transport routes and Tesco Extra, St Werburghs and other amenities.

The bedroom is a small double room, with a comfy double bed and an amazingly spacious wardrobe with drawers. The room faces out onto the river, so all you can see is trees and river. The house has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with dishwasher, washer/dryer and all cookware etc provided. I have my own en suite so the bathroom would be mostly yours and for guests.

I am a female professional who currently works at home 2 days a week. Unfortunately the office isn't a shared space, and the open-plan living area doesn't really lend itself to working, so this room is best for someone who isn't looking to work from home.

I’ve got a cocker spaniel, Tilly, she’s three years old and very friendly (soppy!). I’m fairly quiet, and like to live in a clean and tidy home, with not much clutter, so this would only suit someone with the same standards as we’d be sharing cleaning 50/50.

Bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, fast broadband, with Netflix, Amazon etc.
