Double fully furnished room in Eastville

Hi Everyone
Up for rent is a double sized room in my 3 bed terraced house. My current lodger is due to move out the end of May so looking for someone to take his room. Consists of good quality Ikea bed, chest of draws, bedside table, cupboard etc. Has enough room to fit a desk too if you need one.
Downstairs there are two living rooms both with TV. The kitchen is then on the back of house and theres a bathroom beyond that. Upstairs there are the 3 bedrooms + shower room/WC. Theres also a little garden on the back of the house with grass, patio & bench.

Really looking for a housemate whos not the party type as I like to keep things nice and chilled. I work full time in finance Mon-Fri so usually just hit the gym after work then relax in the evenings and watch netflix / read etc.. On the weekend I like to go out on my bike, visit family and friends, go out for food, sometimes go away to see friends. Looking for a similar type, someone who enjoys their own space but would also like to hang out a bit sometimes, share a few drinks or cook together etc.
**update. Im currently furloughed so at home most of the time until things get back to usual**

Rent is £450 per month. This includes all bills apart from gas and elec. This should be around an extra £30-£40 per month
