You will have full access to the house. Including a high spec kitchen, a big living room, TV with Virgin Media and BT Sport. There is a big garden with Eastville Park only a stone's throw away. It is well connected to the city with station road offering trains and buses across Bristol. The M32 is 5 mins drive which offers a quick way out of the city. The centre is about 30 mins walk or 15 mins by bus. It also is a stone's throw from Eastville Park and Greenbank, so lots of nice walking spots.
The rent is £400pcm and the bills are £100 per month.
