Double room in a comfortable house

I have a double room available in my comfortable, homely house situated in the Eastville Riviera.

There is a lovely park near-by with nice walks.

There is good access to the city centre, the M32 motorway and good bus links.

The house has all mod-cons including washing machine, central heating, wooden floors, nice fire in the living room, broadband, TV etc...

I own the house and live here and am looking for a house mate who wants a nice, comfortable place to share - not just a place to stay/sleep. You need to be reliable with rent/bills and someone who is domesticated, possibly has a bit of a passion for cooking - as we do - and has a sense of humour/fun - as we do - and can be independent - has own life as well.

Don't mind 'other halves' being around – some of the time - as long as they behave...

All bills are shared equally on top of the rent - £110 each per month.

There is a cleaner that comes once a fortnight to do the basics like the main floors, the kitchen and bathroom. But we all need to keep the house clean and tidy in general.

BTW - Strictly NO odd-balls/slobs/stressful types - life is too short!
