The room available is a double bedroom, and the house has off street parking for two cars and big garden! Cost for the room is £550 (bills included) which is including internet / tv licence / council tax - Ideally looking for someone who is available to move in for March /April 2019. It is a rented property, on a rolling month contract now so no minimum stay required.
