The house is fully furnished (just bedroom furniture required) with a small, easy to maintain, outdoor area. There is one parking space in front of the garage and plenty of street parking (I tend to park on the street out the front of the house).
On the top of my wishlist is someone clean and tidy but also enjoys a drink or two.
The house is rented through an agency and you will need to co-sign a new 12 month lease. References required. **No students sorry**
