Only looking for a new housemate as one of our housemates is moving back to his home town.

The house is a bright and spacious four bedroom, three bathroom new build, with fast internet. It has a large living area and clean modern kitchen with fitted appliances. A garage with plenty of storage and a makeshift gym. Indoor bike storage and off street parking.

The room for rent is the smallest of the house and due to this most housemates have used the space just outside on the landing for extra storage space.

We are a sociable, easy going and welcoming group of friends with a wide range of interests (we often cycle or run together).

30 mins from Bristol city centre on the metro bus or cycling, or about a 15 minute drive. There are good links to M4/M5/M32 motorway.

Rent is £370 a month.
Council tax £62.25 a month for 10 of 12 months.
Internet £9.42 a month.
Water, gas, elec around £25-£40 per month.
