We are a friendly professional couple looking for a clean and tidy lodger to fill a double en-suite room in our house. We are looking for someone we can hang out with but equally respect their space. We have a house cat and 1 outdoor rabbit. We love the occasional night out, binge-watching nextflix and gaming.

The house is located in the new Lyde Green estate (nr Emersons Green and Downend) area of Bristol. There are good transport links to the city centre and UWE (buses, Metrobus, park & ride and cycle path all within 5-10 min) .

The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, small desk, chest of drawers, side table and double bed with mattress.

All bills are included. Internet is Fibre to the Property up to 900Mbps. We have a washing machine and dryer.

The house has a kitchen diner, living room and a garden with a BBQ.

On-street parking is available. There are also nearby visitor spaces.

There is a nearby pub (5 minute walk), a park and football pitches. Shops and other amenities are a short distance away (a few minutes drive to a large Sainsburys and retail park and a Sainsburys local on the estate). We also have a lake within 2 minutes walk.
