We have a room available in a friendly and social terraced house in north Bristol. Sharing with 3 professionals (2 English Guys, 1 Scottish Girl) with busy work and social lives.

The room is fully furnished with everything brand new! It has a wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table included and also has a TV and Ethernet socket with fast internet.

The house is recently bought and renovated so everything is new and freshly decorated. It is cozy, in a quiet location and has fantastic transport links with a train station and bus stop 4 minutes walk away.

The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The garden is SW facing which gets the sun all evening! We have a lounge with dining table and TV/Wifi etc.

Filton Abbey Wood train station is less than a 3 minute walk away (but no noise from the trains) and Bristol Parkway station 12 minutes by bus. Bristol Temple Meads station is only a 15 minute walk/train journey.

Central Bristol can be accessed by train from Filton Abbey Wood station or by bus – The 70,71,73 all stop close (4 minute walk) to the house. There is free parking on the road outside the house and it only takes 5-10 minutes to get to the M4/M5.

Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD and other large companies are all less than 10 minutes by car. The MOD is only a 6 minute walk.

There is a retail park a 10 minute walk away which includes a 24hr Asda, 24hr Snap Fitness, PureGym, McDonalds and other restaurants and shops. The Mall and Cribbs Causeway is a 10 minute drive or 30 minutes by bus. There is a football club and sports centre close by.
