My Husband and I have a beautiful newly refurbished 3 Bedroom house available for rent. We are moving out off Bristol for work and we want to rent out our house for a year.
The house is on Station Rd, Filton, Bristol, a great location. Within waking distance to MOD Abbey Wood, Airbus, Rolls Royce, UWE, and Southmead Hospital. Buses run to the city and Cribbs Causeway every 10 minutes.
The House has two large double rooms and a single room and ideally we want to rent it out to two professionals.
The house can be rented furnished or unfurnished (furnishings in the pictures will be moving with us but arrangements to furnish can be made).
The house has a driveway for off street parking for two cars.
