The house is in a great location about 15 minutes on the bus to UWE Frenchay campus and about 20 minutes on the bus to get into city centre. The room is a good sized double and comes fully furnished but the landlord is happy to remove furniture if necessary. There is on street parking, 1 bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Rent is £405pcm plus bills, which I currently manage, that come to around £50 for gas, electric, water and WiFi.
