Hey! We live in a large shared house of friendly young professionals.

We're looking for two male housemates to keep the gender balance in the house.
----- ROOM 1 -----

Ground floor, £520 inc bills. Very large double room, front facing with large bay window and en suite. Electric fire to toast your feet on those chilly winter days. Long coax cable for anyone that hasn’t yet joined the streaming revolution. Picture rail for hanging stuff (I’ll leave the hooks, ain’t gonna need em).

Comes with a bed + mattress, chest of drawers (not the one shown in photo), and wardrobe. Desk can also be arranged.

----- ROOM 2 -----

First floor, £420 inc bills. Decent sized double room, big windows facing the garden. Big wardrobe, drawer, and a double bed + matress. There is space for a desk if needed (desk in picture not included with the room). The room is nice and bright, as you get a lot of light during the day and afternoon, through the south facing windows.

Available 24 February 2022 at the latest.

----- The house -----

We are a very sociable house, and it's a great place to make new friends and get to know Bristol. We are a varied bunch including a care assistant, climate change consultant, support worker, trainee lawyer and software developer.

The house is in an excellent area; right next to Gloucester Road and with lots of supermarkets nearby.

There are 2 main bathrooms (two rooms already have en-suites), and 3 separate toilets for the property. It has an extended kitchen with plenty of fridge space, washing machines, a dishwasher and dryer.

There is a spacious lounge with a 50 inch flat screen TV with large sofas. There's a conservatory/dining room which opens out onto a large garden.

There is a fortnightly cleaner & general garden maintenance.
