A comfy double bedroom in a clean and tidy house. Shared bathroom, kitchen and garden.

Facilities in the house include a comfortable light and spacious double bedroom with super comfortable bed, chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, full length mirror and clothes drying rack. There is a modern bathroom, with shower over the bath and newly renovated kitchen with utility room. Also, front and back gardens which you are welcome to use.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Unlimited wifi is available throughout the house.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, all utensil etc....

There is a utility room with washing machine and separate dryer.

You will be sharing the house with myself, my son (half the week) and our cat Jet. Jet comes and goes through the cat flap so no cat litter tray inside. I work full time, my son is in school during the week and we're out and about most weekends, so we mainly use the house during the evenings.

There is a large back garden which you are welcome to use with a table and chairs on the deck for sunny days/evening.

Great transport links and very easy access to the MOD, UWE, Airbus, Rolls Royce, Filton College, SOUTHMEAD hospital, Cribbs Causeway, M4/M5 and the city

Great transport links, with buses stopping on the same road as the house within two minutes walk. With several bus routes into the city centre and our fantastic recently built shopping centre Cabot Circus, as well as Cribbs Causeway Mall. Filton Abbeywood train station is a 5 minute walk away and provides quick journeys to places such as Bristol Temple Meads, Bristol Parkway and Bath. Bristol Parkway is also only a short bus or taxi ride away and provides trains to destinations such as London.

Also a short distance away is the famous and vibrant Gloucester Road with its abundance of wonderful independent pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.

For some exercise or relaxation there is a lovely park just a 5 minute walk away.

If using a car there is plenty of on street parking available. The house is located just of the A4714 ring road which provides easy access to several locations around the city and the house is also perfectly situated if you plan to travel via the M4/M5.

Local shops include, Tesco, Co-op and Spar and a 24 hour Asda. There are also several local takeaways and restaurants.

Abbeywood retail park is a 10 minute walk. The shops/restaurants here include:
