I have 1 fully furnished double bedroom available in a 2 bed house in the center of Fishponds.

I am hoping to find a friendly working professional that will keep a tidy home.

The house is just off the main Fishponds high street. Locally there is a large gym within a few minutes walk (JD Sports Gym) and plenty of supermarkets.

Fishponds also has plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs to keep you busy along the high street. Plus a nice riverside walk to Oldbury Court via Snuff Mills is round the corner.

There are also good transport links to the center from Fishponds Road (30 minute bus ride). The house is also near the Bristol/Bath cycle path and the Frome River cycle path.

The house includes a shared kitchen with microwave, washing machine & dishwasher. Living room with large flat screen TV (with Netflix). Bathroom with bath & shower and there is also a rear garden. On road parking is available (although it does get busy in the evenings).

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe and desk (if required)

I will be the live in landlord. I've lived in Bristol sunce 2016so can show you around if you're new to the area. I'm a veggie and like to cook but am not opposed to living with meat eaters. I like to try to keep a tidy home. Im sociable and hope to find a flatmate that is the same but I will also respect your privacy and will do my own thing sometimes too.

There is a no smoking policy within the property and no loud music after 10pm in the week due to work and neighbours. I prefer no pets.

The Deposit is £500 which will be held in a deposit protection scheme.
