The house itself is located on a quiet street. It is spotless, light, and nicely decorated. The kitchen, lounge, and garden are shared with a decking area for entertainment. There is private parking, as well as on-street parking. The secured path can be used for bike storage.

The rent is £150 per week plus a £600 holding deposit. Broadband is included, but electricity and gas will be charged separately. The tenancy will be on the rolling contract after an initial 1 or 2 months.

The house is located in the vibrant area of Fishponds, a short walk away from many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs. There is a gym, a sports center and a couple of libraries nearby. There is easy access to the M32, regular buses to the city center, and a cycle path just minutes away.

I work full-time but I enjoy being active and spending time with family and friends. Seeking a tidy, professional, and respectful person who is environmentally conscious and will treat the house like their own. I am a pescatarian and preferably looking for a pescatarian/ vegetarian person.
