This flat is lovely; warm and light with big windows, wooden floors and well equipped. There are 2 bedrooms - the available one is a small double with a king size bed with a brand new mattress and a spacious wardrobe. The flat is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen has gas hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living area is furnished with sofas and tables. All ready to move in.

Fishponds is a lively, convenient area to live and this flat is right in the heart of it. There are bus stops outside the door with a quick and direct service into town and many other areas of Bristol. There are loads of shops, a gym and supermarkets all in close walking distance and Oldbury Court - one of Bristol's best parks - is just round the corner.

We (the landlady and flat-mate) are looking for a mature and friendly person with good social skills. Gender and country of origin not important but must be a clean, tidy and considerate flat-mate. The existing tenant is a 30 year old woman.
