Lovely large Sociable all girl professional/post grad house in Fishponds Rd, Bristol.

We have a medium double room with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk for computers/tv. The room is situated on the ground floor and has access to the back garden via the double doors. I have found this to a beautiful asset to the room as it provides lots of fresh air when the doors are opened and lots of light comes through the glass.

We are on direct easy bus routes into the centre, and also the bus stops outside the house for UWE and Frenchay, and with Easy Access to the M32, the big Tescos, Ikea, or a quick walk into Fishponds - a popular area with excellent local facilities.

Very near cycle paths and the bus stop over the road from the house is called Alcove Road, and the following buses stop there: 48, 49, 342, 584, 689, 587, N2, and the U3 which goes direct to Frenchay & UWE.

The house has a private landscaped patio garden and bike storage/parking.

All gas, electricity, water, sewage, and council tax bills are included as well as a PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT CLEANER TOO, who thoroughly cleans all the communal areas of the house twice a month.
