Contract matters can almost all be sorted electronically, and as necessary using video viewings, keysafe arrangements and self check in, we can avoid most of the difficulties for busy young professionals and especially those moving to Bristol from mainland Europe or further afield. However, under usual circumstances viewing, check in and introduction are preferably done in person and meeting some housemates.
