Double room, Mon-Fri - Fishponds

Hi all,

I have 1 Double room to let Monday - Fridays in my 3 bed house in Fishponds.

Monday - Friday
Double (furnished) - £475

I will be living here too along with another Monday to Friday tenant called Toby, he has now been here for over a year. I am super chilled, nice and friendly and happy to be sociable with tenants but also happy for people to be more private if they prefer.

I have recently decorated the lounge/Dining room area and renovated the garden with a bar which i hope you will like too. There is a wood burner which i am a little too obsessed with already. There is also a cute garden (all of which is open to be used by all). Also included in the lounge = Skysports, BTSports, Netflix, Prime, BT TV.

The property is just off Lodge Causeway and very close to Fishponds high street which means locall amenities are super close but also bus links to city centre incredibly close and easy.

I also have a little labradoodle who is 3 years old called mabel!

All bills included, as well as i have paid extra to ensure every room in the house has full/quick broadband signal.
