Single room, recently refurbished in very pleasant 4-bed semi with large garden (plus firepit and BBQ). House has new kitchen (with combo washer/dryer), new bathroom, beds, carpets, doors and windows and new shed to be installed soon. Landlord is very reasonable and location is nice. Approx. 10 mins walk to Fishponds Road for bus links to UWE, city centre bus stop less than 2 mins walk. Very close to several shops and takeaways, abundance of woodlands and pleasant places to walk and cycle nearby.
