one room left in friendly house share in the heart of Fishponds. The room looks out onto the back garden it comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table.

There is a large kitchen / diner with integrated washing machine and dishwasher with an extendable table the housemates use for dinner parties etc. There is a good sized upstairs bathroom, a handy communal area to dry clothes, room for bike storage and a large south facing garden for summer sun.

The house is situated just a 5mins walk from the buzzing Fishponds area, with numerous restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets easily accessible. Access to town is very easy with regular buses heading into the city centre from the bus stop conveniently situated at the end of the road. Alternatively you can cycle into town along the Bristol to Bath cycle route, this starts just minutes behind the house so is a great way to get into town.

I am looking for a 1 young, friendly female professionals to join two males and 1 female to balance the house, all bills are included plus a cleaner who will pop in every 2 weeks to clean all communal areas. 1 months rent required as a deposit.
