Available from 1st September, we have a large furnished double room with en-suite shower, sink and toilet to rent in popular Stoke Park. This is one of the larger houses, not converted to smaller rooms. 4 bedrooms in total.

The house is located conveniently next to UWE (Frenchay Campus), MOD, Sainsburys, Bristol Business Park, Parkway Station and the M32/M4.

Sharing with just three other friendly young professionals, the house comes with all mod cons, a large kitchen/diner, separate lounge/living room, downstairs washroom and, bathroom.

It is a large furnished en-suite double room.

The rent is £675 pcm excluding bills.

Bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Internet) are additional and shared equally by the tenants.

Council tax is payable, and is currently £55 per room per month. Even if you are a student, council tax is payable as the house is a 'professional house' and therefore council tax is applicable.

To balance the house, we are looking for a professional or post-grad only between the ages of 22 and 30.

If overseas post-grad students, we will require 6 months payment in advance.

A deposit of 1 month is required.

12 months minimum contract.
