Brand new house, finished to a great standard.

The house is owned by myself, I'm a young professional working in the city centre. I have one room to rent, the other room is occupied by Jon, originally a stranger who is now a mate.

Jon is a Project Manager at the MOD, we are both in our twenties, we play rugby together and we have a really social happy vibe to the house.

We are ideally looking for a young professional, we are losing the wonderful Charlotte to a city centre flat and new job - we had some great banter with her so we are looking for someone similar. Girl or boy, we really don’t mind.

We like to chill most evenings, cooking and Netflix etc, we like to stay out of our bedrooms and have a laugh so hoping for someone on the same wavelength..

The summer months will consist of BBQ's, beers , wines and a good social happy house..

The room is a decent size, comes furnished with a double bed, cupboard and draws.

There is a garage with an additional fridge freezer and tumble dryer also plenty of space for additional storage if you need it.

The room is available from February 28th it will cost £500 a month that's including bills. This will include super fast fibre optic broadband and a decent TV package.


The house is situated in a great location with drive way parking, we have a great garden space and communal living spaces.
Its ten minutes for Parkway, 2 minute drive from the M32/M4 - Abbey wood (Asda 24H) is around the corner.

We are situated right by the Metro bus link and that link gets me to town in 5 mins and home in 15 when I use it - it’s a quality service and 30 seconds from the front door.
