Charming Cottage with close links to M4 and 5

I would like to rent out my second room in an endeavour to save some money. The room is warm, clean and overlooks the garden. It is currently an office space but there is room for a double bed - which I am happy to provide, a small chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe for hanging clothes.

As the house is currently on the market, long term renting isn't applicable and I would be looking to rent out the room for a max of 6 - 8 months (depending on how long it takes to sell). The room would also have to be keep quite tidy as I will have viewings during the weekend.

My house is a lovely little cottage in semi-rural Hallen with great links to Cribbs Causeway and the M4/5. It is 5 mins walk from the gym and 1.5 miles from Westbury-on-Trym.

There is a separate kitchen, and my sitting room has a log burner. There is also a roof terrace at the end of the garden which is perfect for a wind-down drink after work!

I am really easy-going, happy and tidy! A Monday - Friday lodger would probably be ideal but someone looking for 7 days is not a non-negotiable. All nationalities welcome and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
