Hi, I have a beautiful en-suite double room in Ham Green (mon-fri basis also considered).

The location is peaceful yet perfect for commutes: the motorway (J19 of the M5 less than 5 mins), Clifton bridge (c.5 mins) and the city centre (c. up to 15 mins) plus good bus routes on the doorstep.

There is a cricket green, good local pub, large park and community orchard in the village, with amenities including a co-op, post office and pharmacy in nearby Pill.

The bedroom is newly refurbished, as are other rooms in the house, and there are lovely character details throughout.

The room is a very good size with lovely views over the garden, complete with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, ornamental fireplace and sole use of ensuite with rolltop bath (inc. showerhead) and mirror. There will be shared use of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Bills included on a reasonable-use basis.

This is a non-smoking home with free on-street parking. I also have a kitten so I am looking for someone who likes cats!
