Double Room - Hanham

Good size double room which is south facing so very bright and sunny!
Looking for a friendly sociable person to share my home and someone who is clean and tidy.
It's a quiet family home in Hanham, I live here with my daughter who is 12 and our hamster. We're both very friendly and easy going.
Hanham is about a 20 minute drive to Bristol or a 30 minute drive to Bath.
Hanham high street is a 2 minute walk away where there are regular buses which take you into Bristol or Bath. At the end of the road there is also a bus that takes you into Kingswood.
It is approx 20 mins to MOD and M4/M5.
Hanham high street has a Lidl and co-op. There are also a few pubs within walking distance and a couple of cafe's and restaurants and a variety of take aways.
Longwell Green retail park is about a 25 minute walk/10 minute drive away - where there is a leisure centre (with swimming pool and gym) another independent gym, cinema, bowling alley and an assortment of restaurants.
On the other side of the retail park there is a very large Asda, a Next, Boots, M&S, River Island, New Look, Outfit, Carphone Warehouse, B&Q and Starbucks. Basically everything you need and more!
I'm happy to accept a short term let or a Monday to Friday let.
