Large Double room in Quiet Rural Cottage

I am looking for someone to share this lovely quiet rural cottage

Room wise, there are actually 2 options :

1) You can have the large double room (furnished with bedside table, a mirror and built in storage - I currently have a super king bed in this room plus additional chest of drawers so there is plenty of space)

Or

2) You can have the smaller double PLUS exclusive use of the adjoining huge attic space which has been converted and would make a bigger bedroom, dressing room or office

There is a bathroom upstairs with lots of plants and a roll top bath (no shower). There is an additional w/c downstairs. The bath fills very quickly with hot water so you can easily have a bath first thing or after work, it’s lovely and deep and great for a relaxing soak with bubbles and candies !

You will have shared use of the lovely kitchen, lounge and sun room of course. It’s nice and light during the day, perfect for reading or working from home and very cosy in the evenings with the log burner on.

There is a lovely little garden with super views over the fields and parking in a small layby on a quiet lane just outside the property. I’ve not got stuck into the garden yet but you are welcome to grow herbs/ veg if you like

Plenty of fridge and freezer space for you

The cottage is conveniently located for access to Bristol (30min) Stroud (30min) Swindon (30min) and Bath (40min)

There is a little spa up the road, a couple of nice pubs and some good take out places in wooton under edge. Nearest farm shop is wooton, nearest Tesco is Yate and nearest Waitrose is Chipping Sodbury

I work freelance in event management and as a part-time groom and art model. I am passionate about well-being and nature. I love traveling and hiking (the cottage is right on Hawkesbury common with fantastic walking all around)

I am often away running events over the summer so you would have the place to yourself a lot

I have an elderly bull terrier who sleeps most of the time and doesnt chew, she isnt allowed upstairs near the bedrooms, she is very friendly

Im asking £550 a month with all bills included. Sadly there is no fiber optic in our area yet but the broadband is unlimited and good enough to browse and stream
