Inside the property a beautifully designed shared kitchen/ living area with breakfast bar, complete with integrated double ovens, steamer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave,, ninja double air fryer, 8 pan induction hob, automatic boiling water tap, nespresso machine and bean to cup coffee machine, extra large freezer, utility room with large tumble dryer and washing machine.

The sitting and dining room open on to the patio/ garden with garden furniture and fire pit etc next to the swimming pool and spacious garden. Downstairs WC.


Excellent location, quick easy access to motorway, cribbs, Southmead hospital, Filton, Clifton, city centre!

We enjoy a mix of social time like occasional dinner parties, music, bbq’s, cooking, films, games night etc but really love our early nights for the most. My 2 sons live in the property half time (shared custody) so will need to be somebody who is child friendly! The house/ rooms are large enough to enjoy peace and tranquility in your own company and/ or join in with on any occasional social night/ event. We love to go and play pool on a Wednesday eve 😊

Rent includes all utility bills, full virgin media package with Gig1 Fibre Broadband.
