Medium Room available in BS7

I have a double sized room available located in Horfield, Bristol. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, there are local shops nearby and public transportation as well- bus route for 24 - Ashton Vale - Bedminster - Centre - Easton - Eastville - Lockleaze - Southmead Hospital

The room is furnished with single sized bed, en suite wardrobe and 4 drawer chest - the room is ready to move in and viewing can be arranged from today.

The rent includes council tax, water bill, wifi and gas and electric. Your rent will be £380 per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom and front/back garden so there is storage to keep bikes.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay minimum of six months, a non drinker ( I don’t mind if they don’t cause any nuisance to me or local neighbours), no in-house parties, cleans after themselves, respectful, individual who is professional or student but has a part time job.
