Double bedroom in spacious house

Hi all!

It’s Shannon (24 female) and Janis (29 male)! We are 2 young professionals looking for new housemate to move in from December! Moving in date to be agreed between us all, we are pretty flexible!

We are friendly, easy going and clean people. We like spending time together going to pub watching movies, doing fun stuff, however we do like our own time also.

We are offering a spacious top floor bedroom with built in wardrobe. Room comes unfurnished, the rent is £395 pcm.

So this is what we have in our house:

Ground Floor - Big kitchen, cloakroom bathroom and a sizeable spare room - the spare room is for everyone’s use.

First Floor - Janis’ room, a huge living room and a hallway.

Second Floor - Shannon’s room, family bathroom (including bath and shower) and the room we are offering.

Outside - At the front, parking available all along the street at no extra cost, always plenty of space! At the back, we have a locked compound with even more parking space and a sizeable garage - could easily fit a car. Our garden is huge, we often like to get the BBQ going or have some food and drinks in the sunshine :) the vehicles we already have are a car and a motorbike.

We do have a cat but sorry no further animals considered, there are plenty around and about to play with though!

Rent for the bedroom will be £395 pcm plus bills approximately £115 per month. These bills include gas, water, electric, broadband, council tax, tv license and home insurance.

There is an agency fee of £207 which is fantastic for what you are getting. This fee also includes referencing, inventory, administrating and the drawing up of tenancy documents.

Deposit required as standard which is fully protected by DPS, this would be £505.
