Furnished double room in relaxed house

We’re a professional couple with a furnished double room available to rent from mid March 2019.
As well as living with us you’d also be sharing your home with our little Cocker Spaniel. She’s sweet tempered and gorgeous. We’d like to find someone who likes animals as she’s really sweet and will want to be your friend.
We’re happy to consider people with pets, apart from cats and other dogs.

The house is off Romney Avenue with an easy commute to the city centre and the MOD. Lots of parking, close to bus stops and right next to Stoke Park (great for people like us who love being outside).

The house is homely and the room itself is airy and looks out over the back garden. The room contains a double bed, sofa, built in wardrobe, chest of draws and night stand. Sorry you can’t see it all in the picture!
The rent includes all of the bills such as water, electricity, gas, Netflix and Virgin broadband.

A bit about us - we’re both in to a few different types of sports including kickboxing, aerial arts and stretching. We love days out exploring new areas and taking our puppy out for adventures. We like being out and about, especially in summer when we like going camping and exploring new places. In the winter we’re closer to hibernating, preferring chilling with Netflix or maybe a good meal at home. Were one veggie and one meat eater, or two if you count the puppy.
Overall we’re pretty quiet people and hoping to find someone we’ll get on well with.
