Hi there as the title says, we are looking for a quiet, clean, courteous and considerate female to join our houseshare. The house is made up of 3 floors and you will have a room with an en suite and a shower on the middle floor.
We have a garden, a fairly big living room as well as a good sized kitchen and 2 guinea pigs!
The room currently is pretty basic but you can do WHAT EVER YOU WANT to make it your own :)
There is a bus stop 30 seconds walk away which takes you to town or up to Cribbs. This property is ~10 mins drive away from airbus, rolls royce (where two of us work) etc.
Some of us wake early (before 6am) for work so this is not a party house (with this in mind we would not want anyone working night shifts). A film night every now and then goes down well though!
Bills equate to ~£85 per month including good wifi, council tax and all the other usuals.

There is no parking on the drive as we already have cars in the drive but there is plenty of parking on the housing estate.
