Lovely one bedroom flat in horfield

We have just bought a house and looking to find replacement tenants for CJ hole for a 12 month let, this would include paying CJ holes Lettings fees.

One bedroom flat on the ground floor with open plan kitchen living area and separate bathroom. It comes unfurnished, but we are happy to leave our fridge and wardrobe in the flat for an agreed price for a long term let or happy to leave it for a short term let till end of the tenancy. Shared garden at the back of the property. There’s on street parking and plenty of spaces available. Both my partner and I both have cars and are always able to park outside the flat.

The utility bills are pay as you go electricity and gas at the co op which is 1 minute walk away. We were apprehensive about this initially but it’s actually worked out cheaper than getting hit by a big bill every month. We spend roughly £20 a month on gas and electricity.

We’ve loved living here, plenty of local shops around and inn on the green is just 4minute walk away. This is a lovely local pub with a superb beer garden! Zanky’s is a 2minute walk away and is one of the best Italian restaurants in Bristol. The hospital is 15minute walk away and there’s a big Lidl a 4minute drive away. As toronto road is just off north Gloucester Road there’s superb bus routes into town running every 6-10 minutes.
