Excellent transport links: 2 minute walk from the vibrant Gloucester Road, 15-20 minutes to Central Bristol or the University of the West of England. With fantastic transport links to Bristol centre, Rolls Royce, Airbus, MOD, Aztec West.

The house is overlooking a patio area and garden with fantastic views of Bristol. The private park at the rear is also available for use by the residents.

The room is £295 per month (Council tax is included) Other utility bills approx £40 a month. Also the following is required:
- One month deposit required in advance
- 1 year contract with 6 month break clause

You'll be living with an Italian, Spanish and Irish professionals, 1 female and two male all 28+ in age.

We are looking for:
- Individuals 25+ in age only
- Professional or mature student
- Clean and tidy and preferably a quiet person. You will live with older professionals so this will certainly will not suit you if you’re more casual.

Please also note unfortunately this is NOT available for:
- No Short term let for a few months
- No Couples
- Anyone with pets
- Umemployed or claiming benefits
