We are Kim (24), Joe (30) and Hannah (30) and we’re looking for 2 housemates to fill the 2 vacant rooms we have.
We’re into: cooking and eating together, weekends away in the campervans, film nights in, gigs, comedy nights, drinks at the local, having friends round for food & beers, DIY, climbing, yoga, cycling, countryside walks (with pub as an end goal of course), surfing.
Our house is in Horfield. It’s an easy cycle to St Werburghs, Gloucester Road, (Bishopston, St Andrews, Montpelier etc), with great public transport links to city centre, southmead hospital, north Bristol..
The house has lots of communal/living space - a lovely conservatory with lots of plants and a dining table, a living room with TV and sofas, and a room with desk for working.
2 decent and clean bathrooms - 1 bath, 1 shower.
Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, 2 fridges (yes, a beer fridge).
Big utility room with washing machine and shed.
We’ve got a nicely sized garden with a BBQ.
It’s a relatively quiet area. There’s space for parking easily on the road.
The house is clean and nicely decorated.
We’ve all been in Bristol for around 1-2 years and are still keen to meet new people. We all like shared living as a easy way to hang out with friends and have company all the time. Needless to say though that we’re professionals who also want others to help keep the house tidy and have a chilled Monday - Friday.
The house probably best suits someone who’s happy cycling or taking the bus, as it’s not very central, but we really appreciate the space we have instead!
Our photos aren’t great and the house looks much better in person.
We love the storage as we’ve got 2 camper vans, a few bikes, surfboards, records, guitars, and DIY stuff.

About the rooms specifically, they’re both furnished with a double bed, mattress & wardrobe.
