Monday to Friday only, one guest.
We rent a very big double bedroom with private bathroom at the top floor of our lovely Victorian house in Horfield where we live as a family.

The room is warm and bright, with a king double bed, bedside tables and lamps, desk and chair, a big chest of drawers and clothes rails.
The private bathroom, on the same floor just opposite the bedroom, is new and clean, with a comfortable bath/shower.

The house has an open plan kitchen with dining area and a spacious lounge with couch and tv. All appliances are available.
There is also free street parking if needed.

The house is situated in a quite street close to Gloucester Road and the room faces the garden.
The location is very convenient, close to bus stops and a wide range of shops and cafes. Horfield leisure centre is close by. It’s also perfect for commuting to the city centre, Southmead hospital or Filton.

You would be living with our family: mum, dad and two lovely children of 4 and 11 who go to school during the day. We are originally Italian and speak also Spanish and a bit of French, other than English of course.

The room is quite independent, on the top floor of our house, and after the kids are in bed the house is very quite.
We are looking for a professional, over 25 years old, working full time, tidy, quite and mindful.

We kindly ask our lodger to respect the space we all live in by having no parties or late visitors.

Please note - we do have a cat. He’s very quite and lives in and out and sleeps most of the day.

The rent is £550 per month, including council tax, electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi internet.
