2 double rooms available in a sociable house

First bedroom

Semi-detached house just over 5 years old just off Gloucester Road. The house comes with off street parking and is in great condition.

Unfortunately two of our housemates are leaving us to move in with there boyfriends so we’re looking for two new sociable housemates to move into these unfurnished rooms one from 21st November and second one from beginning of December.

Downstairs, the house has an open plan living space which we love to socialise in. The lounge has 4 folding doors which open out on to a patio and huge garden area, which is perfect for summer BBQs :)

We’re looking for a 3rd and 4th member of the house who are happy to socialise. We tend to chill during the week but like to go out for drinks, nights out or exploring bristol on the weekends. We try to have weekly house nights to just relax.

Rent is £382.50 per month plus £100-£150 for all bills a month including sky tv & broadband.
