Short term let or Mon-Fri available at the top of Gloucester Road located by the leisure centre/Horfield common. The property is ideally placed for anyone commuting to Southmead Hospital, Airbus, BAE Systems, MOD and UWE as well as the local interests/shops/bars and cafe's down Gloucester road.
The flat offers a double furnished room (including a pocket sprung & memory foam mattress) which is SEPARATED upstairs from the main flat. All bills and wifi are included in the rent. There is good on street parking available (non permitted).
You will be sharing with one other regular 9 to 5pm professional (myself) who will be working from home. I am fairly quiet during the week and enjoy getting out to the sea for camping/surfing, music, festivals, keeping an eye on the environment, pubs and cooking.
I am open to short term and Mon-Fri lets for 2/3 months (possible longer term). Some flexibility on rent depending on situation.
