Large unfurnished double room in two bed house in Horfield. Available 17th Feb, but could move in earlier if needed.
This is a beautiful house, two bed rooms and a spare room that is currently an office/ sewing room. Small but functional kitchen, great bathroom, (good shower!) lovely little garden.

Sadly my house mate is moving out to live with her partner.

You would be living with me, I’m Becs,
I’m 36, LOVE DOGS, clean, tidy (ish), friendly, open, honest, like my own space, independent, not looking for a best friend in a house mate, but someone I can have a chat/ laugh with but not feel obligated to spend time with. (That could read a little harsh, I don’t mean it in that way, just people want different things from house mates, I’m defo not adverse to being friends ☺️)
I work a full time job mon- fri but am currently furloughed.
I am an embroidery artist on the side.

Im a bit of a homebody and really want a house to feel like a home, for me and who I live with.
So looking for like minded people, for me the most important thing is good, open communication, especially in these weird times!!! (Covid)

My house mate is taking the sofa, so if you happen to have one, great!
If you have a dog, even better!

This will be a 12 month joint tenancy. (6 months not an option)
(The landlady is lovely)

Bills come to about £130 (council tax, gas/electricity, water, internet)
