Double room in house close to Southmead hosp

This is a recently refurbished, smart shared house. Filton Rd is the extension of Gloucester Rd North so it's a perfect location for Southmead hospital, just a short walk, and on a good bus route to Airbus, UWE, Rolls Royce and MOD, as well as buses down Gloucester Rd to Bristol Centre and up to Cribbs. The house has 7 bedrooms spread over 3 floors, it has 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and plenty of dining and sitting room space. There is a live in House Manager who keeps the house looking great.
The room we have is a double room on the first floor of the house, it’s fully furnished, we provide all bed linen which we launder and provide fresh every couple of weeks. There is also a TV in the room.
The kitchens are fully stocked with all you’d need to prepare meals, you’d be given your own food spaces in the fridge freezer and cupboards. When you want to have some downtime then the large lounge is perfect after work.
