Large double room in Horfield. All inclusive.

We have a big, bright double room available to rent in our shared house in Horfield. Huge back garden. Close to Gloucester Road shops, Aldi, Lidl and Tesco Lime Trees. House is clean and tidy but very ‘lived in’. If you like your living space to look like an airbnb or furniture showroom then it probably isn’t for you! You would be sharing with myself (Pete) and Alice. Alice does security work in between doing a lot of voluntary work for XR and I’m currently working as a cleaner at the hospital, so you would have to be comfortable with that. I suppose we’re both quite ‘arty’ people (but in a non-pretentious way) and that is reflected by the amount of books, musical instruments and art materials we have in the house. We are in our late 30s/early 40s but are more than happy to share with someone younger or older. You would also be sharing with two cats, Jess and Muffin.
Room is available immediately as our previous housemate has been forced to move back to Manchester at short notice for pandemic related reasons.
Rent is £450 all inclusive and we would not be asking for a deposit.
