Hi! Furnished double Bedroom available in two bed flat in Bishopston for a short term let (6 months). Available from 20th February 2024.

I will be going off travelling for a few months so I’m subletting my room on a short term basis. I’m leaving behind the furniture in the room - bed, chest of drawers x2, tall shelving unit, bedside cabinet, and smaller tables so would suit someone without much stuff who wants to move in with little hassle

The room is a cosy, medium size with high ceiling and bay window which lets in a decent amount of natural light

The flat is just off Gloucester Road so benefits from great transport links, nearby pubs and shops but is on a pretty quiet road. There is a small pebbled garden out the back which gets lots of sun during the summer ☀️ .

Looking for a friendly, kind and considerate person to join my lovely housemate Charlotte.
Charlotte is 31, works Monday-Friday for the NHS, enjoys cooking, reading, going to the pub, going away at the weekend, hiking and all that normal kind of stuff! She is pretty laid back and would like a new housemate who’s up for socialising now and again but respectful of each other’s space. She also has a very sweet, friendly cat called Mia 😺 so the flat wouldn’t be suitable for any more pets, sorry.
