*Please note we are looking for female tenant to join the other female in the 2 bed flat.

I have for offer a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom in a modern flat. The flat is conveniently located nearby bus routes to the centre of Bristol. And down the road from Aztec West, Southmead Hospital, Airbus, the MOD and Filton train station.

The flat is bright, large and open. It is fully furnished and includes a sofa bed in the living room for friends/family visits.

**Initially the new tenant will be on a single contract for their room, however from the 1st of January this will change to a Single AST tenancy with the other flat mate meaning they’d be jointly responsible for the tenancy, this will be on 6 months rolling.** Let me know if you need clarification on this.

Explanation of terms

Move in - until 31DEC: £750 inclusive (low rate and acting as incentive to move in sooner then later)

01Jan - 6 month AST rolling monthly: £580+bills


The flat includes:

Please note the furnishing is different to that in the picture.

There is also a designated car parking space in the gated car park and a bike storage room.
