Situated in Horfield, with Southmead Hospital, Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD, Aztec West and superstores right on your door step, we have 4 immaculate rooms to offer in our homely house share.

Each room has been newly redecorated and furnished, with our tenants’ interests in mind.

In the kitchen you’ll find new appliances including a toaster, kettle and microwave. We’ve also stocked the cupboards with plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery and a few pots and pans so you’ll have basics already there for when you move in. You’ll also find that the kitchen offers plenty of storage space in cupboards and has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer for you to use.

The house has a garden for you to enjoy a fresh coffee on a winter’s morning or a summery BBQ when the weather comes around again. There’s also a small lockable storage shed for bikes with access through a gate at the bottom of the garden.

To the front of the house there are 2 parking spaces with a 3rd space available to the side through a lockable gate. There is also plenty of free parking on the street.

The main bathroom is located on the 2nd floor and has just been refitted with a brand-new toilet, sink and walk in shower. There’s a separate toilet (WC) on the ground floor and one of the four rooms comes with its own private en-suite.

Rent prices include Wi-fi and all bills including council tax. We also have a cleaner coming to the property every two weeks to assure all shared spaces are regularly professionally cleaned. We’ve also equipped the house with cleaning supplies for you to spruce up your rooms as and when required.

All rooms have brand new furniture and have been redecorated to a high standard with modern accessories. All rooms have fresh brand-new bedding included.

Room 1 - £725
Located on the first floor at the rear of the house, is a spacious double room with wardrobe, double bed, desk and bedside cabinet.

Room 2 - £750
This is the largest of all 4 rooms, also situated on the first floor, though at the front of the house. The room has double bed, wardrobe, desk, and bedside table.

Room 3 - £725
Our 3rd bedroom is on the second floor, at the rear of the house. This room has double bed, bedside table, desk and built-in wardrobe.

Room 4 (en-suite) - £750
Last, but certainly not least, room 4 offers it’s very own en-suite. There’s also a double bed, desk and built-in wardrobe.
